Hi!
Just discovered this site and is what I have been needing for a long time.
I hate social situations. (Very) close family occasions aside, I can't bear the thought of doing things with "friends". I like it to be just me. Often feel more anxious than it's worth, even if a simple drink in a pub!
Have an event to go to later with about 50+ people there and have been dreading all week. My husband wants to go. I have been actively discouraging it all week and finally broke down in tears last night. Then the guilt sets in and I feel bad for him we're not going. Then I feel awful that we might be going again... And so the cycle continues! Anyone else like me?
