I've discovered that I am not depressed, I suffer from anxiety, I worry alot and get nervous. My husband is manic depressive with bipolar disorder which sets off my "jitters" quite often.
I don't like to get into social situations, I find myself not knowing what to say. And people think I am stuck up, but I'm not, I just don't know how to respond to conversation. I usually stay at home and avoid most social stuff. I find myself uncomfortable sometimes with family gatherings. If I do attend, after it's over, I go over it in my mind wondering if I said anything to make anyone mad or if my response was appropriate.
Anyways, here I am does anyone have solutions to these problems, I know I'm not alone.:afr
