Hi.

So I have pretty low confidence/ and some social anxiety.

I've always been very shy and don't make new friends easily.

I used to be pretty overweight most of my life and started losing weight in my early 20's. Weight has always been a struggle and still is.

Lowest I was 165 and my highest was a bit over 250.

I lost weight the wrong way and now my body looks terrible. Currently around 190ish and going to be running more while i continue to lift weights.( Goal is to reach the low 170's).

I'll probably make several threads about friends/girls/general anxiety issues.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

I think by setting goals to achieve you are on the right path to overcome social anxiety completely. Feel free to ask your questions. Hopefully, you find the support you need here. Best of luck! :)
