I'm 28 and I've had SA for as long as I can remember. I'm really happy to have found this webpage. It's hard for the people around me to relate to pain that SA causes. I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences and feelings with you all that I'll feel at least a little less alone than I do now.

I Brickman

its very hard for people with SA to find and befriend each other in any community, I fully understand the pain social anxiety can cause, its a bit like being a bird in a cage, wy'll most of your peers are enjoying themself
you feel embittered that you car'nt do the same, you scan for reasons as to why your like what you are? find out where the right people are to be around who'll accept your SA and around this people you'll be able to build confidence, Tim South Yorkshire England
