Hi all, I'm new here. Recently diagnosed with depression and started Prozac this summer. Intense feelings of dread, fear, hesitancy, who gives a rip, etc. Anyway, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm interested in whatever natural stuff I can do to help keep me from losing my mind.

Hi, welcome! I've been trying to exercise regularly because that seems to help my depression. I hate feeling like I'm losing my mind. I've been on a couple different meds, including generic Prozac, but I don't like the sexual side effects. So I'm trying to do without meds as much as possible. I also started B complex and Fish oil supplements last October, those gave me a temporary lift as much as my meds ever did.
