I just joined so I'm still figuring everything out. I've dealt with social anxiety (as well as depression and insomnia) for the last 5 years of my life and I'm really glad that I finally found a forum filled with people like me. :boogie

Work on your sleep, getting proper rest results in proper energy, energy results in ability to exercise, exercise produces endorphins which naturally ease depression. It's a cycle, learn to control it, make it work for you.
