If anyone wants them. It goes into things like Progressive muscle relaxation and Deep breathing. Just reading this stuff has been very helpful to me.

Been through that clinic they are very helpful, as for the breathing exercises there's all different ones you can do, quite hard to use when you are having a panic attack though, hasn't done anything with me to be honest
