So lets say your always stuck thinking negative and feeling anxiety when doing whatever, or anything you doubt yourself, or where you think negative about. Well what you can do, is whenever you have a negative thought. Just pinch yourself on the leg or something. That will help train your brain to remember to think positive and eventually you will become used to it. It works well for me.

Think if i'll try this i'll develop pinch marks all over my body and eventually run out of space :D

logically that should work but it will also look weird if you are pinching yourself in public all the time which will make people think oddly of you which will in turn make your anxiety worse.

I really like this idea. Its like Pavlov's Dog Theory in a way. Haha. But i honestly think i'm going to try adopting this.
