Hey guys, I heard there are some adaptogen herbs that actually ease the anxiety, making you more relaxed in social situations. I believe it's called ashwaganda. From the sounds of it it can be found in any drug store, or on the internet.

Just wanted to share this, and was wondering if anyone has tried taking them before.:)

Valerian root, passion flower, chamiole(sp?), Kava kava, skullcap, are a few that come to mind.
