I think I have SAD, perhaps just a mild form.
My real problem is that I'm far too bothered about what people think of me, what I look like, what I'm wearing, and I self sabotage, eg if I'm in a music lesson, I'll be too distracted by the fact that my piano teacher is looking at me, and listening to how I'm playing, instead of just thinking about the music. The same applied for quite a lotof lessons in school.
I hate sitting infront in a classroom because I feel as if everybody is looking at me.
I also feel now that I am a boring person, even thought I 'm not, and worry about what I'm going to say too much, this is easier when i'm tired because my brain isn't working as quickly.
I just want to block my worries about how people see me etc
