Hi everyone

I'm obviously new here, so a quick background is in order

My name is Haleigh, and I am still in my teens. I carry enough baggage to see a counselor, and we've been working hard to change my environment instead of looking at my other problems. We were talking about why I don't want to go away for college and she realized that I have social anxiety.

Not only is it leaving home, meeting new friends, attending youth groups or clubs in school, having too many people in the house at once, and jogging around the block are a few things that just send me into overload.

We're thinking about medication. Sometimes just thinking about eating out makes my heart race and makes me sweat!

Anyways, when I'm not being all anxious and freaky I do agility and other dog sports with my border collie :)

Ahhh. jogging around the block. I jog at 2 AM in the morning to make sure no one sees me. lol. I hope this site helps you get over your social anxiety. It has helped me a lot.
