I´m also new here and I also have a mixed diagnosis. I mostly deal with SAD, but when it gets bad it kind of becomes GAD (does this make sense?). Anyway, they´re all part of Cluster C type of personality and there´s a lot of medical discussion about what separates them, so I would say you will find echoes of what you feel in here (as I do).
