Hi guys! I'm new here. :) Been suffering from social anxiety the past 3 years or more. Experienced some emotional bullying in high school and been having a hard time coping. But anyway, I'm much better now than before cos I got sick of being stuck and not being able to pursue my dreams cos of fear, so I've been exerting a lot of effort (in baby steps) to overcome my anxiety.

Still have a long way to go, but I'm optimistic. Hope we could all help each other!:)
