I've been dealing with a very specific case of social anxiety. I hadn't really consider it a phobia or an anxiety 'till today. I know I've been dealing with it for a while, but thought it was something minor 'till it made me feel so sad. I feel misunderstood and stupid for feeling what I feel, so I really try to avoid telling it to the person that it mainly concerns, at the same time I feel I can't help myself. I will describe the specifics on "step two". For now I just want to say I'm here to get support and help in whatever I can, so hopefully make new friends? Thanks in advance people!
