I've had a few triumphs I just haven't posted them on here.

Anyway I was at the therapist and as I was waiting to leave I saw someone come in and helped hold the door open for her as the door is REALLY heavy. She thanked me. Another girl and guy came in and I did the same thing holding the door open and he mumbled thanks but I didn't answer. Well, two of the girls who walked in had to leave so again I held it open and they thanked me. I said "You're welcome" as loud as I could.

I just felt proud of myself lol!

I guess it helped to do some deep breathing through my nose while I was sitting in the therapist's office too and I also did some breathing before I went to my therapist.

Well...yay me lol!

Good for you! It sounds little but I know it really isnt. This is exactly what ive been doing lately, just taking small, small steps. I made it a point to hold my head up and look every cashier in the eye for a few weeks... that got easy so now I am working on saying hi and asking how they are today. I still get nervous and blush but it gets a little easier every time.
