Carrots suck. They're supposed to be good for my eyesight but I still need glasses! :mum
The beta carrotein in carrots only effects black and white vision, which is why they help you see in the dark. If you have cataracts or some form macular degeneration then lutein found in dark green leafy vegetables do more to prevent this. If on the other hand you have some genetic condition then thats just your Donald Duck...

Carrots are full of vitamin A which the best for health. It clear to blood and improve well strength of body. It make healthy to heart which need of human body. It create control on body temperature and make it perfect.
