Hey fam,

I was wondering if anybody else suffering from SAD (or other disorder) has read this book. I picked it up the other day and have read a little over half of it and I must say it is spot on for me. Very good stuff so far.

Also, any books you've read/ workbooks worked that have helped you with your anxiety disorder that you would recommend?
