A lot of social phobics are over stressed and I used to get headaches almost everyday. I don't get them almost at all anymore. It's actually all because of how I breathe, surprisingly. I learned some of the techniques, and I had no idea that it would have an impact on my frequent stress headaches. Just thought I'd post this because I used to believe that those breathing techniques did nothing for anxiety. I know now that they totally can help. I was breathing wrong all of the time.
