Just haven't been hungry at all. I try to force myself to eat but I feel full after only a few bites. It has been like this for the past 2 weeks, and there has been other times it has happened.

I was like this one time when I was in a deep state of depression. It's like you know you should eat, but you just can't. I don't really have any advice on how to help it though.

I have a hard time eating as well. I have been eating a lot of assorted nuts as snacks to make up for my lack of appetite. They are delicious and very calorie dense.

That's an awful feeling, I'm sorry.

The only way I cope with it is calorie dense/vitamin dense drinks or meal replacement bars...not the best advice probably but it works for me.
