handbook for young teens.

Hi
Psychologist recommended I get a good handbook on Social Anxiety for my daughter. She is an immature 14. I say this with a lot of love. I know my daughter.
I am interested in getting her help. I searched an author Dawn Heubner, but she is more for the 10 year and below age group. Just a highly recommended handbook for adolescent teens is what I am after.

Try and look up "The Linden Method Junior". I think it would be really helpful considering the author underwent 24 years of SA. It might really help.
