sure thing....welcome to the party!!

my advice is LEARN to CONTROL your mind or "re -programme" it as my therapist keeps telling me. we have LEARNED to think and feel in a certain way that creates anxiety and perception of fear. CBT will do the trick, there are some good books out there as well....its all mind control
