stress will do it

you have to relax for the sake of your hair

remember that stress has no purpose really. you just do your best to solve the problems in life and accept the rest

I'm going bald. My hair is thinning so bad, chunks of it fall out in the show and I can see my scalp through what hair I do have. There aren't any bald patches but it's definitely thinning and it looks really bad. I thought about shaving my head, taking better care of myself, taking vitamins, meditating, yoga, smoking more weed for stress, getting more sleep, maybe this would help and then just take better care of my scalp and re-grow my hair. See I don't know if mine is caused from being vitamin deficient and being stressed out all the time or if it's from dying my hair so much. It totally ripped my hair shreds. I hope I don't go completely bald or nearly bald for that matter.

Stress would have to be worked out - through a doctor or medication. There should be a way to release energy :)

Thanks for all the advice I really appreciate it. I also talked with my Doctor.
He gives me few tips which i want to share here . Such as -

Try eating foods high in protein. Whey Protein is a excellent source of protein. Vitamins and MINERALS are very good for the skin, hair teeth and finger nails. If you decide to eat foods high in protein or go the supplement route make sure you eat Pineapple Slices or Papaya (with the food or supplements) they make the stomach produce digestive enzymes which are needed for digestion and absorption of Proteins. You can also look into digestive enzymes that come in pill forms which probably would be the best bet. Eating foods high Protein or taking Whey Protein does not do much if you don't have the proper digestive enzymes in the stomach as the nutrients will just pass through the body.

Now i am going to try this also and also I love to eat always Pineapple Slices or Papaya ..
Hope its work for me.

What your doctor recommended is very interesting...
I had this problem a year or two ago due to stress/anxiety, and my doctor sent me to the lab for lots of bloodwork which all came back normal. I've started a daily exercise routine that I've been doing for the past 9 months or so and I noticed it helps keep my anxiety at a lower level somehow... hence saving me from losing all my hair. heh.

I was to the point where I had bald spots... so I went to Sally's and bought the Nutri-ox system which is supposed to help hairloss, it's a miracle!! And not very expensive. Took about 2 months to see a difference but the bald spots are almost completely gone now after 6 months of Nutri-ox.

Also, biotin or any hair, skin, nails supplement will help a ton.

Good luck!

If experiencing hair loss due to stress, you may want to sit down and evaluate what it is in your life that is the cause of this problematic stress. Perhaps you are unconsciously pulling out your own hair without even realizing it. Some common stressful events in a person's life can include moving, starting or ending a job or relationship, or experiencing problems at home. Hair is actually protein strands. ‘O’ protein is very important for hair. If you have severe hair fall then you can consult a specialist like those at forhair clinic to resolve the issue.

Just a note to everyone, sometimes hair loss can happen normally because of genetic factors like male pattern baldness (it's scientific name is androgenic alopecia).

If you can confirm with your doctor or parents, maybe you could discover that your hair loss is genetic and you don't have to worry too much about it falling off since it's normal :) I'm only 19 and I'm starting to bald, but I know it's not largely connected with my SA since my mom's dad had male pattern baldness and I inherited it. This has made me worry less about it and my anxiety.
