Dokken...sort of poppy rock types.. they have two song on "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3" soundtrack i instantly liked..Now these days i guess anything pop/rock from the 80's is considered a guilty pleasure because of the corniness factor in most of them. I like them :)

They're a really good band. We saw them in concert a few years ago, and they were still awesome. Their videos, on the other hand, yikes. They're just cheesy and dumb. :lol

I love Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" album. And, uh, Andrew Lloyd Webber's
"Phantom Of The Opera". Er.

BTW, slow_hands, your avatar is the hotness. Carlos D. :mushy

There's a lot of pop and adult contemporary songs from the '80s that I like that I'd totally deny liking if someone I knew asked me about it. It isn't that the songs are good, they just remind of my childhood and good times.

Also, the song "Dragostau Din Tei" (better known as "the Numa Numa song") by O-Zone.

I kinda feel that way too. Hearing all that synthesizer-pop stuff from the 80s makes me feel all nostalgic. Probably because I was born in 1979.

I also think the song 'Heaven is a Place on Earth' by Belinda Carlisle is really nice. And who can forgot 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' by Cyndi Lauper!

You have got to love "She Drives me Crazy" by Fine Young Cannibals.
Oh yeah I forgot that one. Dang, there's a lot of cheesy pop songs I like.

[edit]: I thought of another one, "Take Me Home Tonight" by Eddie Money.
