I have to do this group work project at University. This morning we had a group chat on Skype. I had dreaded it. Those people do next to nothing and when I do my bit then I have sometimes gotten *****y comments for that. Those people are not after good grades for some reason. They really are happy with just passing and this is a post grad degree!

Anyways - it went well. They hadn't read anything at all but they agreed to my suggestions and didn't *****. Hopefully things will carry on like this.

As much as it sucks to have a group that doesn't do anything, it is an excellent way to prove to yourself that you can be a leader.

Good on you!
Leading a group will force a bit on confidence pressure on you - how you handle it makes all the difference. You are doing well! :)

Yeah, I actually noticed that for the past 3 months or so I sometimes have those confident and competent moments where people just do what I want them to do. It's very unfamiliar to me. LOL
