Well, it is not a paying job (which sucks, but...) although it offers some prospects given i would be the organiser (speaker/presenter) of the seminars there, which are on the subject of Philosophy and books the people can get from the public libraries on those issues. Ie my own uni degree in Philosophy bought me this position as a sort of seminar-maker in the library.

So it sounds good.

Maybe they will hire me (with pay) if i do well. Who knows :)

That's great! And that could definitely lead to job offers so nice work! :yes
It sounds like a cool job too although I doubt I could speak in a seminar for obvious reasons, haha

Any type of work experience you can get that is relevant to your career goals can only help you. Even volunteer opportunities allow you to build your skills, gain references and of course have more to put on your resume. So congrats and take advantage of this position, because even if it's not paying now, it could help you to get the job you want in the future.
