Ive had this for a few years now whete sometimes i get and feel very paniky/uncofortable around public. When it comes to standing up for myself i alwsys think of what bsd is going to happen. I kniw this is silly but just esnt to be more indoendant snd stop relying on friends and fsmily so much all the time

Just be kind to yourself and don't feel like a failure if you get panicky.

It's good that you have family and friends to rely on.
