doing or saying 1 thing tomorrow that scares me
then 2 the next
3...
4...
as many as it takes until i can do something that terrifies me (but of course is also an everyday thing that most people arent afraid to do)


included would be making at least one new friend, and having a concersation that lasts more than 2 minutes

dont think of the goal as something incredible easy for a normal person. Try to realize how hard it is for you to do it and when you accomplish you will realize how much confidence it took for you.

I would suggest starting smaller. Making a friend is a very lofty goal. I suggest making short term goals like introducing yourself to someone. You can keep the friend on the back burner as a long term goal.

i have friends

I have friends already...my sa hasnt limited me enough to not have friends.
