Goal: let someone know I think they're attractive

I have no one in mind, but I'm jumping back into college at the end of the month so I'm likely to see new faces. I want to tell someone just because I think I have a hang up about letting guys know I like them. It's really hard for me.

This goal is open-ended and I don't care whether I reach it or not, but I want to at least know I tried to make a goal, lol. Is that sad? oh well...

Maybe compliment someone on their hair or clothes, and if it feels weird follow it up with a question about it.
