In the past month I have done things that I never would of done before. I notice now that I want to achieve more and do more but there is some doubt I still have. I have been attending a social anxiety support group for the past six weeks and it has been helpful. I am meeting people I don't know and I am talking to people and relating to them due to our common issues with social anxiety. I have gone to a movie by myself and I also have gone to the barber.

On Monday I went to see a psychologist because I am interested in cognitive behaviorial therapy. My ultimate goal is to move out of my parents house and get and maintain a job.
Sometimes I get frustrated because I feel change isn't happening fast enough in my life but I am still trying. In the meantime I have been thinking about joining a gym, and going to a bar.
