Well its been almost 3 months since i started going to educational classes (a type of GED/GCC program) The first day, i just felt like dropping out and never returning, because it was such a switch from being almost agoraphobic. I've since adjusted, even look forward to these classes, i've just proven to myself that they are nothing to be afraid of, it's made me feel more adjusted around people and i walk in feeling relaxed and confident with no physical signs of anxiety. and go through the day feeling good about myself. My focus is definetly improving, as well as my social skills; i've since made a couple friendly aquaintances ( i say this because they are people who are good to talk to everyday) and we regulary talk on bus rides and before class. It feels so good getting this step out of the way so that i can move on to other challenges that will be easier because the people part is the only part that scares me and i'm adjusting to that part. I think i'm really going to defeat this thing, soon if i keep the social thing up, because if i go back into 'hibernation' than i'll only make it harder to do the next thing.. :sas :thanks

That's FANTASTIC, wishful_thinking!
I am glad to hear that you are doing so well! Your improvements just prove to me that I can better, and that I can live without SA ruling my life. You were really strong to not drop out, and stick with your course. Thanks for sharing, and keep up the great work! :banana :banana
