hey guys i found this very informative video on GAD if anyone here is interested, and if you have the time, type what things you have that is mentioned in a notepad and post it here so i can see how bad my GAD really is because i relate to a bunch of the symptoms and im only 15 years old...

I was diagnosed with Gad earlier this week and was put on 75 mg Effexor XR in the morning and 100 mg doxepin at night,
How I Relate:
Restless,
On edge,
Easily fatigued,
Sleep problems,
Muscle tension,
Concentration,
Irritability,
Has lasted most of my life,
Worry anywhere and everywhere,
Can’t control my worries,
Catastrophize,
Overestimate certain things,
Lump in my throat,
Trouble swallowing,
Depression,
My reassurance as demonstrated watching this video,
Parents say I’m a worry wart,
Worry about lots of different/stupid things,
My medication doesn’t and shouldn’t fully take away my anxiety,
Don’t get hives,

My mom seems to have it but denies it, she is:
Irritable,
Not sleeping well,
Not focused (always zoned out),
Needs constant reassurance,
Depressed,
Easily fatigued,
Very worrisome,

Thanks for taking the time to read my thread...
