thereis a great comedy series from the uk that was on in the 90's called game on

its about this guy who has anxiety problems . he has agoraphobia and spends all of his time in his flat. its really funny and back in 2005 i used to watch it religously every single week becasue it really helped me with my own anxiety issues. it really helped me gain a sense of humour about my own problems.

after 2005 they stopped showing it but ive just found some episodes on yuotube and id advise all sa sufferes to watch it cos it really does help with your wn problems

if you go on google and type in ''game on - samantha janus - youtube'' a youtube link will come up

I used to watch this, it was really funny :D

Yeah, Matthew was afraid to leave the flat, and had panic attacks when he did. I like how at one point he joined a band, but only because they were in the flat upstairs, so he didn't have to go out.
yer thats a great episode. he actually forces himself to go out and play a gg with the band in the local pub. and he is so scared that he just starts screaming and crying downt he microphone on stage and everyone thinks its part of the show.

theres a few episodes that anxiety sufferes could relate to. one is were this therapist trys to help him, and he ends up going out og the house to a bank but it gets raided by gunmen whilst he is there so he decides never to go out again

another one is were he is talking to this girl on the phone and she says she is gonna commit suicide and hangs up. e then has a dilema - stay int he flat or force himself to go round to her house and save her.

h ends up going out and gets headbutted by an old lady on the street

i can relate to a lot the way he stays in his flat all of the time and he is so bored that he ends up doing mad sh!t like dressing up as robert de niro , or building an assault course in his living room. im home for so many hours sometimes that i just dont know what to do with myself
