Hey,

I have this attention problem. I usually can not concentrate when I read. Procrastinate before I start studying and can hardly focus. I also have trouble finishing tasks like term projects.

Anyway what I do recently and it works for a week now is stretching. It is really interesting.

I stretch my legs, arms for 10 minutes and I am ready to read and study. It works really amazing for me.

Stretch the legs, what I mean is spred them without hurting yourself. Also the arms a little. For one week I dont need caffeine or acetylcholine pills to study.

Try it, it takes just ten minutes:)

Here is what helps me most.

darn it proximo...I tried it and I pulled a hamstring. You're paying for the hospital bills!

..just kidding. This actually help a bit after sitting on the PC all day. Thanks!
