I sometimes eat food for "going through the emotions." If I was in a really bad mood, I eat rich chocolate i.e. Godiva, Rocher, or Hersheys mmmm. :D I know it's not a healthy obsession. I known better from the Doc's. I prefer to use a distraction for my thoughts. I read for leisure. I recently started walking the dog. And talking to my neighbor, something I usually don't do. But yeah, I used to constantly eat because I was depressed. Now I just don't for gaining weight. :hide

I dont know If I understand the question :con I will answer what I think is the question :um

I could be going through the most horrible times, depressed... But I will always eat no matter what. It doesn't affect me that way. I guess thats a good thing? Not to the point were I'm eating too much either, just regular like any other day/time.
