I go through periods of bad anxiety and the worst of it is that I can't concentrate! I mean i can deal with the rest of the nonscence but I just can't seem to find ways to regain my focus. Anyone have any suggestions? Its been two weeks and i feel like everyday is a battle to get anything done.

All I want to do is have some fun - tell me i'm not the only one - Cheryl Crow.

I've done this, used to do it all the time, in a class/work enviroment, get this disoriented feeling, then a feeling in the back of my eyes, almost as if you've gone without food for too long, I hate it...........Nothing comes out right, no matter how much I try and talk myself into positive thoughts, deep breathing.
