i was talking to my friend today, and i finally told her my suspicions about having SA. i honestly feel so much better and i feel like she understands why i act how i do. like words can't even express how relieved i am after that. she was supportive and instead of saying "thats stupid you're probably just shy or something" she actually understood and said that it made sense as to why i act nervous sometimes. hallelujah! giant weight lifted off my shoulders. :clap

This x2. Hopefully doing this as young as you are will put you on a track to getting better before it has a chance to turn around. Much luck!
