I stopped visiting this site a long time ago, but I'm back to share a few things. In spring of 2013, things started to get a lot better for me. by the time the summer of 2013 winded down, things had kicked into overdrive. I've made more progress in a year battling my anxiety than I have my entire life. I'm still constantly worrying, but the difference is I've been living my life the way I want to live it and having a blast.

But there's just one problem. I used to think that if I started being more confident and outgoing, I'd attract good people and make new friends. I didn't. I realized that the problem wasn't me all along. It was everybody else! The lesson here is that you shouldn't take any good people in your life for granted, because they are very far and few between.
