Hi all.. New to all of this.. I was diagnosed with bi polar two years ago and have started having severe panic attacks. I have to have a fan going on me all the time otherwise I feel like I can't breathe. I do not understand why this is does anyone else experience the same thing? What is it called a fear of still air?? I have a fear of hospitals called nosocomephobia but it is tied into the feel of the air in them. If I could live in a wind tunnel I would be happy. It is really hard to deal with can someone out there help?

I don't know if anyone here can professionally help you, but I suggest seeing a specialist who knows a lot about phobias and how to cure them. They probably know the best way to get over that kind of intense fear. Best of Luck in the future :)
