Hey all. Possibly an unanswerable question here due to the complexity involved, but just wanna see if you guys have any suggestions. The thing that seems to help me the most with my anxiety in general is exercise. Does anyone know what medication(s) would best produce the same effects as exercise on anxiety?

Nice sharing.
I think if you made your routine of exercise daily
then you could reduce your anxiety, and you will find
good result.

Anti depressants help a bit (depending on what the problem is) but that still wouldn't mean that you can quit exercising.
