dude this subject is covered in the therapy im doing at the moment. off that website. he calls it "the fighting paradox". meaning that using any negative emotion i.e anger, frustration to try and cure another negative emotion, ur anxiety, will only make the anixiety ten times worse. the key is self acceptance, accept where u r, who u r, accept u got a problem but that its going to get better through therapy. go visit the site its helping me a lot. peace
