Has anybody tried eft, it seems to have had a lot of success with social phobia. It is easy to self-apply. I must admit i havent had any joy but i'm still trying. :stu

What you do is tap on certain meridian points, for example under your eye, below mouth, below collar bone etc. while thinking of situations that make you anxious. Theres a website you can check if you do a search for emotional freedom technique. i think the founders name is Gary Craig and you can download a free manual on how to do it etc. I attended a demo once and it seems to be easy to do. i think my problem is that you have to say to yourself while you tap: even though i suffer with... i completely and utterly love and accept myself. i suppose you need to love yourself genuinely for it to work.
