I'm new (shocker).
I just realized about six months ago that I suffer from SA while googling around, it fits me to a T. I hadn't ever thought I was anything else but just really shy.
I guess I just want to share my experiences and read about how other are coping, because it's pretty exhausting at times.

i did exactly same as you. few years back i googled the word "anxiety" and read bout symptoms and thought....jeeze this is exactly what i go though everyday so i went to get help from my doctor. im now reading a self help book and doing the self therapy. there are many good books on amazon.......the way we learn to see the world creates the world we see
