Amazon just sent me a computer generated recommendation page. This book was on it. Anyone ever read it, or heard of it?

Hi, Yes, I'm reading it currently. I'm in a cognitive behavioral group for social anxiety and they gave us this book. I'm only up to chapter 5 which just explains SAD, the causes, etc. and now its talking about breathing exercises to help with anxiety. I'll let you know more as I read it!
