I think poor diet is one of the main causes of skin issues, but stress isn't good either for your complexion. My skin is mostly dry and sensitive to harsh chemicals in lots of 'beauty' products. I just found that eating alot of fruit and veggies, fatty fish and nuts and seeds instead of candy, and other processed junk has helped my skin, sweating during exercise is also really good, it unplugs your pores and releases toxins from your system.

I also have dry lips alot, so i brush them with an old toothbrush with some vaseline vigorously and then apply more vaseline. That REALLY helps dry lips :)
