My older brother has long since understood this about me, and I my parents are now beginning to understand.

As a young boy, I always used to spend hours and hours, on my lego sets. I used to watch power rangers, and then try to build the megazords from legos and stuff around the house :D I even tried building a 2 foot tall gundam once .. but I ran out of cardboard LOL. I used to get a real KICK out of that !
<...good times, good times..>

Now I am 18. And even though I go to the occasional party and pretend to have fun.. when I get back to my dorm, and uncover my latest drawing / painting it always gives me a bigger sense of accomplishment.

When I finish college, I want to invest in some animation software ! I know its gonna take hours of work... but truly.. this is how i enjoy myself !:)

Do you get more fun out of your alone time than at parties ?
My answer: Hell yeah!

I went to a childhood friend's 21st on Saturday and I find parties emotionally exhausting and pretty boring. I'm generally in my element on my own. Although I don't mind spending time with a few friends sometimes.

Oh yes. Parties are a chore, alone time is safe. But sometimes I get lonely, so I need to go throught the chore of socialising in order to make friends, so that I can have company sometimes.

I have fun at both, but the type of fun is different.

Last week was pretty crazy and I went to a goodbye party on Thursday that lasted until 4:00 a.m. It was a lot of fun, but I was so tired the whole weekend - everyone was. All I wanted to do was stay in, drink tea, and read. Both the party and reading were nice.

Have a nice day,
Kelly :)
