I often find myself day dreaming and imaging situations, especially when I'm tired. Sometimes during the middle of school or at worst when someone is talking to me. I cope with it by snapping myself out of it and in my head telling myself "this is not reality":mum , etc. the dreams also tend to make me depressed because they are usually outlets of my hopes and desires. I've always had this problem and it's often affected by the world around me from what I see, like if lately I've been watching a lot of animation or something my day dream will relate to that. Being a hormonal teenager my day dreams are often sexual as well.
Do you ever find yourself day dreaming? If so do you resist it? How?

I daydream almost constantly, though for me it isn't terribly bothersome since I have nothing really for it to interfere with. In fact, it helps make life more tolerable for me, as it distracts me from my loneliness and gives me ideas for writing. As such, I haven't advice on how to overcome it. :/
