Tried using preserved ones for catfish bait but don't remember having much luck. Can't remember if I've ever tried a little bit of turkey heart.

I eat its everything. hearts, gizzards, the smallish round organ near the heart (don't know what it's called in English), its head, claws, butt, and even ovaries. well except its livers, I just don't really like livers that much, chicken or not chicken.

Sometimes I used to eat them in the soup. They are available here in packages now but I do not buy them. Not sure why.

I could post a pretty gory video now, of a live beating snake heart, but I won't.

I haven't eaten anything's heart before as far as I know.
