Well, I took a few online diagnoses, and on the leobitz quiz I got 42/100 for S.A.D, so it claims I don't have S.A.D. ON some other online quiz, I said I MIGHT have S.A.D...

My fear of public speaking is rather common, even with non-S.A.D'ers.

My fear of rejection is still at a high rate, and making friends is no easy task either.....

A year ago my score was in the 50's for my leobitz quiz, maybe 60's I don't remember, and I used to treat each person like a zombie, but today, not as much.

Today....

Am I just shy? Or do I still have Social Anxiety?

I'm treating my shyness as if it was social anxiety, but what do you think. I'm aware there is no way for sure just by this crappy post, but I would like your opinions.

That online test is no way to diagnose SAD, its just a useful guide at best I think. Your score isn't too high, but you do have some trouble. I mean there are varying degrees in SA, you could have it but it could be mild. Or your SA could be more situation specific or general anxiety.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to these sort of tests.
