Ok when i was seeing my therapist a while back she gave me the idea to write a journal. In the journal she told me to put the possible people i may see or come in contact with the next day and what i would talk to them about. It sounds like a good idea but i was wondering if anyone else has tried this??

It sounds like a good brainstorming technique to help you come up with topics.

I guess you could say I journal, only I do it to process my thoughts and better understand things that happen to me.
