It was announced earlier today that Disney bought Marvel Entertainment the company that produces Spider-Man, X-Men, Hulk, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Ghost Rider, among others. Probably means nothing to the average person but it was a shock to Marvel fans

With a lot of the crap coming out of Disney now, this sort of saddens me.
It could be good, though, but who knows?

I'm skeptical about how this shall turn out, hopefully it won't have too much of an effect on Marvel's creative output (although friends of mine are already proclaiming this to be the beginning of the end for Marvel and a phasing into DC fandom).
